Door two · for the owner with no minutes to spare

Three recipes.
Live in 30 days.

You pick three recipes from the Cookbook. We install them in your practice. You run each one yourself at a test gate and approve it before it goes live. $5,000 once, and a year of the Cookbook is included.

Founding price through Saturday, November 14, 2026. $7,500 after three published case studies. Your three recipes are live by day 30, as defined in writing at kickoff, or you get the full $5,000 back.

A sample ticket, by the card math

Three cards from the Cookbook, each with its stated worth and the formula behind it. Default numbers here. At kickoff your numbers replace them, and that figure goes in writing.

  1. 1

The recall letter that brings 18-to-24-month patients back

    200 overdue patients × 3% response × $280 average visit = $1,680.

    $1,680/mo
  2. 2

Contact lens reorder nudge, timed to the box

5 reorders a month that would have gone online × $300 annual supply = $1,500.

    $1,500/mo
  3. 3

The no-show text that gets a reply

    20 no-shows a month × 10% rebooked because the text got a reply = 2 patients × $280 = $560.

Not a revenue promise. The promise is the one below: live by day 30 as written at kickoff, or the full $5,000 back.

The 30 days

  1. Day 0

    Kickoff

Thirty minutes with Dr. Mike. You pick three recipes. We write down what "live" means for each one, with your numbers in the math. That page is the contract.

  2. Day 3

    Your inputs

Logins where needed, one point person, and your house rules: what AI may never touch.

  3. Days 4 to 25

    The build

We install. You get a written report every Friday: what is done, what is next, what we need. Nothing goes live without you.

  4. Day 26

    The test gate

You run each recipe yourself, in your practice, with your staff. You approve it, or we fix it. No approval, nothing goes live.

  5. Day 30

    Readout

Thirty minutes with Dr. Mike. What is live, what the card math says it is worth with your numbers, what to install next.

What “live” means, in the words we write at kickoff

Each recipe gets one sentence that is either true or false on day 30. Three examples, for the sample ticket above.

The recall letter
Live when The 18-to-24-month campaign has gone out from inside your PM to this quarter's list, and the front desk has the 30-day count on the calendar.
Contact lens reorder nudge
Live when The campaign is in your texting tool, set to send 14 days before the supply end date, and the first batch has gone out.
The no-show text
Live when Your texting tool sends the new template on every missed appointment, and the two follow-up replies are at the front desk.

Pick three

  • The recall letter, sent from inside your PM
  • Contact lens reorder nudge, timed to the box
  • The no-show text that gets a reply
  • Review replies, drafted for the front desk to post
  • An SOP library built from your team's voice memos
  • The insurance denial letter workflow, three templates
  • The owner's Monday numbers email
  • Re-engage the patients who never picked up their glasses
  • The Google Business profile, rewritten to rank
  • Patient education handouts for your top five conditions
  • A new-hire 30-day plan built from your SOPs
  • After-hours phone answering through a vendor with a BAA

Anything in the Cookbook qualifies. Anything that touches patient data needs a signed BAA first, with us and with every vendor in the chain. Default installs are PHI-free.

Who does the work

Day 0 and day 30

Dr. Mike

Kickoff and readout, on camera, 30 minutes each. He picks the three with you and writes the “live” lines. He is not in the build.

Days 4 to 25

His AI operators

The same agents that run his businesses script and run every step and write the Friday report. Repetitive setup goes to a second agent.

Before day 26

A human tester

Every recipe is run by a person on our side before it reaches your test gate. Then you run it, in your practice, with your staff.

You own everything we set up: the accounts, the prompts, the documents, the campaigns. If you cancel the Cookbook later, the installs keep working.

Not included: custom software, EHR integration unless scoped in writing at kickoff, anything touching patient data without a BAA.

The guarantee, in writing

Your three recipes are live by day 30, as defined in writing at kickoff, or you get the full $5,000 back.

Payment
$5,000 by Stripe invoice on signature. Kickoff is scheduled only after payment clears.
Your inputs, due day 3
Which three recipes, current tools and logins where needed, one point person, and your house rules: what AI may never touch.
Founding price
$5,000 through Saturday, November 14, 2026. $7,500 after three published case studies.
Patient data
No install touches patient data unless a BAA is signed with Docs & Bots and with every vendor in the chain.

You don't keep up. Dr. Mike does.
