Terms, privacy, and refunds

Refunds
The Cookbook. If the Cookbook is not for you, tell us within 30 days of your first charge and we refund that month. One request, no questions, to support@docsandbots.com. Later months are not refunded; cancel instead, and your access runs to the end of the paid period.
The Install, founding price. Your three recipes are live by day 30, as defined in writing at kickoff, or you get the full fee back. “Live” is the written definition we both sign at kickoff, nothing more and nothing less. The guarantee requires your inputs by day 3 and your participation at the day-26 test gate.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within five business days.
Terms of service
Who we are. Docs & Bots is a product of Eyespy Media Corp, a Pennsylvania corporation, 106 Brookview Lane, Greentown, PA 18426. “We” and “us” mean Eyespy Media Corp. “You” means the practice or person that buys.
The Cookbook. A monthly subscription. It includes one recipe email per weekday, a weekly live webinar with replay, and access to the archive, for one practice. The owner may share the login with staff of that practice. Reselling, redistributing, or publishing recipes outside your practice is not allowed. The price at the time you subscribe stays your price for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. We may change the price for new subscribers at any time.
Billing and cancellation. You are billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Cancel at any time from the billing portal link in any email from us. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, we retry for up to seven days, then pause access until it clears.
The Install. A fixed-fee project defined by a written scope agreed at kickoff. Payment is due on signature. We do not begin until it clears. You own everything we set up in your accounts: the prompts, the documents, the configurations. We keep no access after the day-30 readout unless you ask us to.
Your accounts and tools. Recipes use third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and your own practice software. Those tools have their own terms and prices. You are responsible for your accounts with them and for following their terms.
Conduct. Do not use the live hour or the archive to harass anyone, and do not share patient data in questions, chat, or email to us. Questions in the live hour are anonymous to other attendees and visible to us.
Changes. We can change these terms with notice by email. Continuing to subscribe after the notice means you accept the change. The refund terms above are not changed retroactively for a period you already paid.
Liability. We provide education and setup services. We are not liable for decisions you make with them, for the behavior of third-party tools, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Pennsylvania law applies.
Privacy
What we collect. Your name, email, and practice name when you sign up or write to us. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. On the site we record page views and button clicks without identifying you.
What we do with it. Send you what you bought, answer your questions, and tell you about the Cookbook and the Install. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
What we never do. Sell, rent, or share your email. Ask for patient data. Put anything you send us into a public AI model.
Who helps us. Stripe (payments), Zoom (the live hour), our email provider (sending), and Vercel (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy, and we chose them for their security practices.
Your rights. Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at support@docsandbots.com. We answer within 30 days.
