The AI Practice Roadmap
If we were talking three years from today, looking back, what would have to have happened for you to be happy with how your practice runs? That question, not a technology tour, is where this starts. Then we build the roadmap from here to there: which dangers to eliminate, which opportunities to capture, which strengths to multiply, and exactly where AI does the lifting.
What you get
- A 90-minute working session on Zoom about your three-year picture and how your practice actually runs today: phones, scheduling, recall, documentation, billing follow-up, staffing load. Bring your office manager; the person who runs your front desk knows where the day leaks.
- Homework done before we meet. A short intake, a patient's-eye test of your phone line and online booking, and an anonymous five-minute staff pulse survey. We spend our time on decisions, not background.
- A written roadmap within five business days: your stated goals mapped to the three to five moves with the fastest payback, the specific tools that fit, what each replaces, what it costs, and where the landmines are, walked through on a 30-minute readout call.
- Straight talk on compliance. Which uses keep patient data out of harm's way, which vendors will sign a BAA, what your staff is already pasting into consumer AI without telling you, and a written AI-use policy you can adopt that week.
How it works, fully remote
01
Start with a free 20-minute fit call. If the roadmap is not the right move for your practice, I will tell you on that call and it costs you nothing.
02
Book the session. Intake, phone test, and staff survey happen before we meet. Then 90 minutes on Zoom, screen-sharing the systems you already use.
03
Roadmap and readout within a week. You implement it yourself, or we stand it up together in a 30-day sprint, with the session fee credited in full.
$1,500 founding rate
First ten practices, then the price goes up. If the session does not surface at least $25,000 a year in recoverable time and money, it's free.
Works for solo practices and multi-location groups; group pricing on the fit call. Plain disclosure: this is operating advice from a practice owner who builds with AI daily, not legal, compliance, or financial advice. Tool recommendations are independent; I take no vendor commissions.
